The paper ledger
Every action a Participant takes — subscribing capital, requesting a redemption — moves through a deterministic reducer and produces exactly one audit event: actor, action, amount, prior state, resulting state. There is no wallet, no signature, no gas. The ledger is a product-simulation layer, not an accounting engine — it does not model investment performance or recompute the Risk Lab’s validated figures.

Roadmap
Deferred, not built
Local Anvil deployment with zero-value mock test assets (OARTestUSD / OARTestBTC) is documented in docs/FUTURE_EVM_PLAN.md but not implemented in this delivery. Public testnet deployment and production chain selection are out of scope until a separate, explicit phase.
